Graham sets the direction for everything Bright Voxel builds and advises on. AI adoption at scale, emerging technology, the convergence of where real-world implementation meets human behaviour. Twenty years in creative technology. ACLP-qualified adult educator. In the AI space since 2021. Over 1,500 people trained in Gen AI across Singapore and APAC.

He is the architect behind the Bright Voxel solutions: the lead qualification system, the browser-based compositor, the financial intelligence tools. Each one was built from a real use case, tested in practice, then deployed. The same approach applies to the IP. Tainted is not a side project. It is a proof of how far a small team can go when the tools are right.

Jeffrey's background spans music, sound design, film, and technology. These disciplines do not usually sit together, but he has spent his career combining them. That cross-disciplinary instinct is what makes him effective: he understands how content works across formats, how audiences engage, and how technology shapes both.

He is currently completing his Masters in Artificial Intelligence, deepening the technical foundation behind the creative and strategic work he brings to Bright Voxel.

Shan is a Central Saint Martins graduate with professional credentials in adult learning and workplace capability development from the Institute for Adult Learning Singapore. His work sits at the intersection of brand strategy, generative AI, and content systems, helping SME founders build clarity into their marketing so their teams can execute without guessing.

He operates across academia and industry in Singapore and Southeast Asia, designing AI-enabled frameworks that connect strategy, capability, and real market demand. He has worked with organisations including Disney, Marina Bay Sands, Mothership, Mount Faber Leisure Group, and Unilever.
